Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Each order is carefully packaged to preserve the quality and craftsmanship of your Svarn Atelier piece.

• Standard delivery: Within 3–5 business days.

• Express delivery: Available within 1–2 business days at an additional cost.
   

Return & Exchange Policy

At Svarn Atelier, every product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that may have incurred damage during the delivery process.

To process a return or replacement:

• A clear unboxing video must be provided showing the damage at the time of opening the package.

• The damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
